Meghan Naxer, Ph.D. (University of Oregon, 2016), is an Assistant Professor of Music Theory at Kent State University. Meghan has presented research on music theory pedagogy, late nineteenth-century form, and rhythm and meter at regional, national, and international conferences including the West Coast Conference for Music Theory Analysis, the Mythopoeic Society Mythcon, Engaging Students: An Unconference on Music Pedagogy, and the European Music Analysis Conference.
